Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Maintain a healthy workplace culture in line with company values.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
