Associate will collaborate closely with multiple application and technology teams, monitor and report on compliance with BCDR Guidance and Policy, which requires all Recovery Guides to be updated and approved annually, and track compliance with BCDR Guidance and Policy and to support the Global Business Resilience team review Vendor Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and determine if vendors meet Elevance Health requirements.  JOB RESPONSIBILITY Provide application development consultation to IT partners, including testing, walkthroughs, and problem resolution, to aid in the overall success of application delivery and performance, as well as assisting in the reduction of EAs. Participate in application maintenance tasks as assigned. Managing all risks to CB Operations, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance and governance accountability. Overseeing and reconciling internal audits. Primary point of contact for escalation and end-to-end resolutions Drive service initiatives and plans for continuous improvement Keep email communication lists for their business lines. Ensure that the technology and operations teams are informed and educated. Engage in all P1/S1 incidents immediately and review S2/S3 updates for appropriate urgency. Drive technical resolutions on P1S1s, monitor (as needed, assist on S2/S3) Use the processes defined within each LOB to escalate incidents to senior technology management. Provide all known business and customer impacts to the Incident Manager (within and across LOBs) QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience EXPERIENCE 1-2 years of experience Basic understanding on Disaster recovery, Business continuity planning and ServiceNow. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Basic Understanding the DR concepts, Business continuity plans and RTO&RPO principles. Generic Knowledge with Disaster Recovery terms, replication, High Availability & Operational Resilience. Basic understanding on various IT platforms and services and how high-level application components work together.
