Key Responsibilities:
- Find and connect with new business opportunities in different markets
- Create and run marketing plans to make our brand more visible
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Study the market and competitors to help plan how we promote and position our products
- Take part in training programs held in UAE and Sri Lanka to learn more about our products, improve marketing skills, and grow in business development
What we are looking for
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar (MBA is a plus)
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or marketing
- Good at talking to people, presenting ideas, and closing deals
- Someone who thinks creatively and focuses on getting results
Key Skills
- Can come up with new ideas and also think logically
- Able to adjust quickly and work well in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working with people from different countries or cultures
