Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Fintech / BFSI space. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pre-sales and post-sales engagement, selling fintech solutions, and driving new business across B2B clients.
He/She will be responsible for handling the North and West regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new B2B customers in the fintech and BFSI segments across North and West regions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle including pre-sales (presentations, demos, solutioning) and post-sales (client onboarding, relationship management, and upselling).
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Understand clients business needs and recommend suitable fintech solutions such as digital payments, lending platforms,LOS, services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured pipeline management.
- Conduct impactful product demos, presentations, and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in fintech.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–6 years of sales/business development experience in Fintech, BFSI, SaaS (LOS, LMS), or technology-driven financial products.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of fintech products such as payment gateways, POS solutions, digital lending, investment platforms, or API banking.
- Must have experience in lending, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and preferably two-wheeler lending products.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
