Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Developer specializing in finance platforms preferably from a product based company to join our dynamic team. As a UX Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing user interfaces for our financial applications, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for user engagement.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to define user requirements and design goals.
Design and develop user interfaces for finance platforms, including dashboards, data visualization screens, transaction flows, and account management interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction and task efficiency.
Ensure consistency and adherence to UX best practices across all screens and components of the finance platforms.
Work closely with development teams to implement designs and provide guidance on front-end development best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design and finance to continuously improve our products and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field.
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development, with a focus on finance platforms or related industries.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and interaction design patterns.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Portfolio showcasing previous work in UX design for finance platforms or similar complex applications.
