We are on the lookout for an accomplished Lead UX Designer to enhance our team in India. This role is crucial for steering the user experience direction for our suite of digital offerings. Your deep understanding of UX design principles will be key in leading user-centric design initiatives, ensuring our products are both engaging and easy to use. If you have a passion for crafting outstanding user experiences and a history of success in UX design, we're eager to connect with you. Key Responsibilities: Lead UX Design Initiatives**: Direct the design lifecycle of digital products from concept through to deployment. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-focused solutions. User Research & Analysis**: Perform comprehensive user research and usability tests to obtain detailed insights. Apply these insights to inform design choices that satisfy user requirements and business objectives. Strategic Design Leadership**: Formulate and communicate a coherent UX vision and strategy for our products, aligning with broader business strategies and user experience objectives. Team Mentorship & Management**: Guide and support a team of UX/UI designers, offering feedback, promoting teamwork, and aiding in their professional development. Prototyping & Wireframing**: Develop detailed prototypes and wireframes for iterative testing and refinement, utilizing a range of design tools and software. Design Systems Development**: Establish and uphold design systems and standards, ensuring design consistency across all product lines. Stakeholder Engagement**: Present design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders, advocating for user needs and design rationale to secure stakeholder support. Industry Trends & Best Practices**: Stay informed about the latest UX design trends and technologies, integrating industry best practices and innovations into design methodologies and strategies. Qualifications Master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline. At least 8 years of UX design experience, demonstrating expertise in designing complex digital products. Comprehensive knowledge in user research, persona development, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design thinking. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in leading and mentoring design teams. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Webflow, or similar. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A robust portfolio that displays a wide range of UX design projects. Preferred Skills Proficiency in Figma design, Design Systems and an in-depth understanding of Laws of UX. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Angular 17. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Knowledge of accessibility standards and principles of inclusive design. What You’ll Love about Us
