We are currently seeking a Manager, Finance to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Manager of Finance at ICON, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, budgeting, and reporting for our clinical research projects. Your expertise will help drive strategic financial planning and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately supporting our mission to deliver innovative therapies.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for clinical projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that inform decision-making and project strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in financial management.

Your Profile:

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Significant experience in finance management, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
