Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer Trainee for initial months, but soon after training period, you will be asked to work from our office at Kochi, Kerala. The Software Engineer Trainee will be responsible for software development, coding, debugging, and testing. The trainee will also assist in the development of technical documentation and participate in team meetings to discuss project requirements and progress. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in software development and coding skills
  • Strong debugging and testing abilities
  • Experience in technical documentation
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree (BE/B-Tech/MCA/MSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Previous internship or project experience in software development is a plus
