**JD- Project Coordinator Trainee**

As a Project Coordinator Trainee, you will play a vital role in assisting and supporting the project management team in planning, organizing, and executing various projects within an organization.

This entry-level position is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in project coordination, helping you develop the skills necessary to become a successful Project Coordinator.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
□ Assist the project management team in planning and executing project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

□ Collaborate with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors, to gather project requirements, track progress, and communicate updates.

□ Help create project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor their implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

□ Assist in organizing and coordinating project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.

□ Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, change requests, and status reports.

□ Participate in project review meetings and contribute to lessons learned exercises to improve future project execution.

□ Stay updated on industry best practices and project management methodologies, and actively seek opportunities to enhance project coordination skills.

**Requirements**:
□ A bachelor's degree or Masters degree in a related field is a must.

□ MBA in project management or similar certifications in project management is a plus.

□ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.

□ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

□ Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks and deliverables.

□ Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.

□ Ability to work well in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

□ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify proactively and address issues.

□ Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is beneficial, but not mandatory for a trainee position.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
