For the tour and cruise industry, IBS provides a comprehensive customer-centric, digital platform that covers onshore online and on-board solutions.Purpose of the JobTo work along with cross functional teams (Business Finance, Controllership, Business and other enabling teams) to ensure organizational level goals are achieved .To analyze the data/information, implement process controls and ensure timely and accurate ReportingWork with Business on day to day activities . (Interaction with CXO/ other business stake holder )Involve in Budgeting / Forecasting of revenue and Cost .Key Result AreasParticipate in contracting process and recognition revenues for various contractsEvaluate unbilled / unearned positions and outstanding receivablesEnsure Cost Analysis and highlight variance, Timely and appropriate Travel RechargesInvoicing for projects as per milestone / work completion and ensure Collection for outstanding invoicesAnalysis and control of efforts booking in projects, Project profitability analysisSupport Business team in MIS, forecasting , Budgeting and Budgetary controlsExp - 4 to 6 yrs of exp (Business Finance – IT exp preferred)Location - BengaluruQualification - CA / MBAQualities to be demonstratedGood in excel, Power BISelf-starter, ability to work independently and Take ownership for the work assignedUnderstanding business metrics and of financial process and its implicationsCreative and Out of the box thinking and solution-oriented approachCommunicate, collaborate and effectively engage with multiple cross functional teamsQuick turnaround with quality deliverablesPersistence and high energy levels
