Overview: TheSalesforce Omnistudio Developer (LWC) plays a crucial role in our organization leveragingtheir expertise to design develop and implement solutions withinthe Salesforce platform. This role is essential in driving thesuccessful implementation and integration of Salesforce CPQ andBilling applications. The Omnistudio Developer will collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative and efficientsolutions that enhance the overall user experience and drivebusinessgrowth.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developand customize Salesforce Omnistudio applications using LightningWeb Components (LWC) and Apexprogramming.
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for theimplementation of Salesforce CPQ and Billingsolutions.
  • Design develop and implement customVisualforce pages and JavaScriptfunctionality.
  • Integrate thirdpartyapplications and tools with Salesforce platform to meet businessneeds.
  • Optimize user interface for enhanceduser experience using HTML CSS and JavaScriptframeworks.
  • Create and maintain technicaldocumentation related to Salesforce customizations andintegrations.
  • Perform unit testing andtroubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of developedsolutions.
  • Participate in agile developmentprocesses including sprint planning reviews andretrospectives.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to identify troubleshoot and resolvetechnical issues related to Salesforceapplications.
  • Stay updated with the latestSalesforce technologies and best practices to drive continuousimprovement.
  • Conduct code reviews and provideconstructive feedback to ensure code quality andmaintainability.
  • Support system administrationtasks such as user management security configuration and datamanagement.
  • Assist in the training andmentorship of junior developers on Salesforce best practices anddevelopment techniques.
  • Contribute to theimprovement of development processes and standards within theSalesforce environment.
  • Participate in theanalysis and enhancement of existing Salesforce solutions tooptimize performance andscalability.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform DeveloperI and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer IIcredentials.
  • Proven experience in developingand customizing Salesforce Omnistudio applicationsusing Lightning Web Components (LWC) andApex.
  • Demonstrated proficiencyin Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions implementation andcustomization.
  • Strong understanding ofSalesforce platform capabilities limitations and bestpractices.
  • Experience inintegrating thirdparty applications with Salesforce using REST SOAPor other APIs.
  • Proficiency inweb technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and relatedframeworks.
  • Excellent understanding of softwaredevelopment lifecycle and agilemethodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complexbusiness requirements and translate them into technical solutionswithin the Salesforce environment.
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complexissues within Salesforce applications.
  • Goodunderstanding of database concepts and data modeling withinSalesforce.
  • Excellentcommunication skills and ability to collaborate withcrossfunctional teams andstakeholders.
  • Uptodate knowledge of Salesforceplatform updates releases and bestpractices.
  • Experience in conducting codereviews and providing constructive feedback forpeers.
  • Ability to workindependently as well as part of a collaborative teamenvironment prioritizing and managing multiple taskseffectively.
