Job Description: Logistics Executive

Experience Required: 2 – 5 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end logistics operations for import and export shipments.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHAs, and vendors to ensure timely movement of goods.
  • Manage booking, documentation, and shipment planning activities.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure smooth flow from origin to destination.
  • Resolve logistics-related issues and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate rates with freight forwarders and shipping lines for cost optimization.
  • Maintain regular communication with overseas clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain records related to shipments, invoices, and other logistic documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
  • Good knowledge of import/export logistics, shipping line operations, freight coordination, vendor management, and customs processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management tools.
