Your role will be to promote our cutting-edge AI-powered website and digital marketing solutions to clients throughout the United States.
Role Overview: The Global Sales Manager will spearhead lead generation and manage end-to-end sales processes targeting SMEs in the North American market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing and AI technologies, combined with a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential SMEs in North America that could benefit from AI-powered websites and digital marketing services.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
Utilize various channels such as social media, email marketing, networking events, and referrals to generate leads.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration in North America.
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Create compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and needs.
Present customized solutions that highlight the value of AI-powered websites and digital marketing services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
End-to-End Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiations and contract management.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.
Market Expansion and Business Development:
Identify opportunities for market expansion and business development within North America.
Develop partnerships and alliances that enhance the company's market presence and drive revenue growth.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the digital marketing or AI technology sectors.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the North American market.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and AI-powered solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Willingness to travel as required.

✅ Comfortable working USA business hours to support clients and prospects
✅ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
