Position Summary:

The General Manager will lead our technology services division, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our clients. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in the ASEAN market and a proven track record in managing teams and projects related to digital transformation, ERP, and Microsoft business applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic direction of our technology services division, focusing on digital transformation, ERP, and Microsoft business applications.
  • Build and nurture a people-first culture within the ASEAN region, emphasizing diversity, inclusion, and employee development.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Lead financial management efforts, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Drive recruitment and talent development to build a strong team of professionals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology services management with a focus on digital transformation, ERP, or Microsoft business applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive company culture.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft business applications is highly desirable.
