Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, joining).
• Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
• Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.
• Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, warning, etc.). 2. Employee Engagement & Relations
• Implement employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
• Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
• Support in driving performance management processes. 3. Training & Development
• Identify training needs in coordination with managers.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs. 4. Compliance & Policies
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
