Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager at Regenta Resort Soma Vine Village, located in Nashik. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling any issues that arise. This role requires coordinating with different departments to maintain the highest standards of service, managing reservations, and assisting with events hosted at the resort. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial.
