Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and IT leadership to understand infrastructure hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for IT Infra roles.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in IT infrastructure and market talent availability.
  • Maintain candidate data and reports using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other tools.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or staffing agencies if needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  • 47 years of experience in IT or technical recruiting, preferably in infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and technologies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, etc.) and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
