We're Hiring: Technical Recruiter – US & India Hiring

Location: Hybrid

Are you a skilled recruiter with expertise in hiring across India and the US?

Join us and play a key role in building global teams

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for India & US markets

Source from Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Naukri & more

Screen candidates for US visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, Citizen) & Indian compliance

Collaborate with hiring managers and close niche technical roles

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment (US + India)

Strong knowledge of US work permits & India hiring practices

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Hands-on experience with sourcing tools & job boards

Must demonstrate flexibility to manage working hours that accommodate recruitment across US and India markets
