Founded in 2008 by highly experienced and passionate trekkers and mountaineers, Trek The Himalayas (TTH) has over a decade of experience in promoting Adventure Tourism across India's hilly states. Each year, our staff grows in credibility, knowledge, and experience, furthering our mission to make hiking and trekking safe in India and fostering the growth of Adventure Activities in the country.


Your Role: As our Digital Marketing Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of our digital campaigns, optimizing content, analyzing data, managing budgets, and leading a talented team. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department, including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
  • Planning and managing our social media platforms.
  • Preparing accurate reports on marketing campaign performance.
  • Coordinating with advertising and media experts to enhance marketing results.
  • Identifying and leveraging the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Evaluating key metrics affecting website traffic, service quotas, and target audiences.
  • Brainstorming innovative growth strategies with your team.
  • Managing contests, giveaways, and digital projects.
  • Performing keyword optimization and discovery.
  • Reading KPIs and creating progress reports.
  • Creating and optimizing budgets.
  • Tracking and monitoring reports with website analytics.
  • Researching and identifying competitors.
  • Creating clear strategies and implementing link building.
  • Recommending changes and improvements in websites, content, and linking techniques.


What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting metrics.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
