Role Overview:

We are in search of a Sr. Social Media Executive to amplify our digital presence and enhance brand engagement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in crafting compelling content, strategizing paid social campaigns, and driving engagement across social platforms. If you're passionate about social media trends and have a knack for creating conversations online, join us in our quest to become a top-tier advertising agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a comprehensive social media calendar for organic and paid campaigns, targeting growth in followers, engagement, CTR, and more.
  • Oversee daily campaign management and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Execute essential paid media marketing across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Monitor social media platforms for trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze social media performance, creating detailed reports to guide future campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Collaborate with a team of graphic designers, content writers, copywriters, and web developers to achieve project goals smoothly.
  • Respond promptly to urgent client requests related to social media and website improvements.
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas, create monthly social media calendars, and monitor for new trends.
  • Analyze campaign analytics to measure success and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Assist in creating performance reports and ensure customer satisfaction on social platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with 1-3 years of social media management and content writing experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in multi-social posting programs like Hootsuite and HubSpot.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Slack, and other social marketing tools.
  • Ability to identify target audience and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in an agile environment.

Salary: INR 5.5 – 6.5 Lacs per annum, with annual and performance-based increments.

Location: Dehradun
