We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of NTB onboarding Analyst ICG/FIG/Corp
What you’ll do:
Individual is responsible to ensure seamless and timely onboarding of the clientele. Manage and set client expectations to the target dates for onboarding. Ensure good understanding and delivery of Onboarding against key KRIs which include TAT, SLA Adherence. Mange the overall pipeline of onboarding and any other associated streams within the defined thresholds. Engage with the Partner teams effectively during escalations that aids seamless exchange and delivery of information. Demonstrates good client inclination and relationship skills. In the ever-dynamic changing landscape of Financial Industry, be adept and agile to changes in Regulatory space.Ensure understanding and implementation of these quickly & effectively. Interpret regulatory/policy changes and communicate their implications to the team. Ability to establish action points arising out of the same and incorporate the impact within laid down procedures. Can assess and prioritize work independently. Provide subject matter expertise to team when required and ongoing basis. RequirementsRequirements
Graduate in any discipline (E) Proven experience within Clients’ onboarding and subject matter expertise within this space or relevant field (E) Good knowledge and understanding of Global Banking Regulations (D) Good overall knowledge of the client interface / onboarding, exits and transitional support and associated processes within an investment bank (D) Good Understanding about the Client lifecycle (D) Able to manage and understand KYC requirements of APAC (E) Good Understanding about APAC Regulations (D) High energy, be pro-active, extremely positive, a problem solver, and an owner of issues (E)You’ll achieve more at HSBC
