This role is responsible forTraining needs identification and analysis based on organisation needs and industry trendDesigning and developing training program/ modules/ curriculum/ training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modulesImplementation and delivery of training sessions, and workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring high levels of participant engagement and knowledge retentionMonitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and learning evaluation, training tracking and training metrics analysis to measure effectivenessMeasuring training effectiveness and develop subsequent plan of actionPlanning and executing the monthly, quarterly and annual Training CalendarCoordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and vendor relationships, to ensure seamless execution of training initiativesProvide guidance and support to training leads, ensuring consistency and quality in training delivery to drive business requirementsEffective communication, strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStakeholder managementTechnical know-how: PowerPoint, basic excel analytics, proficient in training technology and learning management systems (LMS), virtual training exp., (MS Teams/ Zoom), tech savvySingle point of contact for all behavioural needs-based training programs across the RegionManagerial and leadership capability developmentDevelopment of critical talent as per business planMIS GenerationAchieve budgeted man-days of training as per planAchieve budgeted training opex as per business plan
