Job Description: Creative Director – Unreal Engine (AAA Game & Digital Twin Production) Key Responsibilities Lead the creative vision for the game and digital-twin experiences, with a strong focus on Unreal Engine–based production. Ensure high-quality storytelling, visuals, and consistency across all Unreal Engine content. Guide and mentor art teams while setting clear creative and visual standards inside the engine. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure Unreal Engine workflows support the creative goals. Oversee the final in-engine visual quality, including style, tone, lighting, and world presentation. Provide direction for large real-world virtual environments and simulation experiences built in Unreal. Required Experience 10+ years as a Creative Director in gaming or real-time interactive projects. Strong, hands-on experience leading teams using Unreal Engine for high-quality productions. Proven leadership on large-scale or high-visual-impact projects. Solid artistic foundation (environment, cinematic, or visual design). Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Software & Tools Expertise Unreal Engine 4/5 (Expert) – strong command of real-time production, cinematics, character tools, and world-building features. Experience with major 3D content tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Houdini. Skilled in texturing and look development tools like Substance and Megascans. Proficient with 2D design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Familiar with production and collaboration tools such as Perforce/Git, Jira, and other workflow systems. Experience using tools for clothing, vegetation, or real-world capture workflows (e.G., Marvelous Designer, SpeedTree, photogrammetry tools). (Preferred) Understanding of digital-twin and real-world mapping tools, including geo-data and architectural workflows. Preferred Experience building large, open, or real-world environments in Unreal Engine. Familiarity with digital-twin concepts or real-world data integration. Interest in next-gen visuals and immersive worldbuilding.
