About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
AI Engineer
to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and content generation tools. The role also requires experience in content creation and teaching/training using AI tools or related technology.
This is an onsite position based in Kota, Rajasthan.
Responsibilities
- Own
the full
AI function
across the organization—from social media and content pipelines to product support and internal automation.
- Design, develop, and enhance
AI-powered content and solutions across
education
,
marketing
,
product
, and operational domains.
- Create
structured learning materials
such as lesson plans, curricula, training modules, and assessments using
AI-driven
methodologies.
- Lead
or support technical training sessions,
AI workshops
, and team education initiatives.
- Continuously
research
, evaluate, and integrate
emerging AI tools
, frameworks, and technologies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and creative teams to build
AI-driven systems
and workflows end-to-end.
- Stay ahead of industry
trends
, breakthroughs, and best practices in
AI
,
ML
,
NLP
, and
generative technologies
.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science
,
Artificial Intelligence
,
Data Science
, or related fields.
- At least
2 years
of hands-on professional experience in
AI engineering
,
ML development
, or
AI-based content creation
.
- Minimum
1 year
of experience teaching, mentoring, or delivering
technical training
in AI.
- Advanced expertise in
Python
,
AI/ML fundamentals
,
NLP
,
LLMs
,
TensorFlow/PyTorch
, and modern
AI content-creation tools
.
- Strong command of
prompt engineering
and
generative AI workflows
.
- Ability to build diverse
AI-generated content
(text, automation workflows, audio, video preferred).
- Excellent
communication

analytical thinking
,
problem-solving
, and
documentation
abilities.
- Familiarity with
OpenAI
,
LangChain
,
Hugging Face
, or similar ecosystems (preferred, not mandatory).
