Associate Director

We are hiring an Associate Director – Enterprise Architecture for a leadership role within a large FMCG enterprise undergoing significant digital transformation. This role will shape the organisation's long-term technology strategy, architectural governance, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives.What you need:12–15 years of experience in product engineering, application development, or enterprise architecture, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.Mandatory experience working with SAP and Salesforce architecture at any stage of your career.Solid understanding of cloud and data architecture principles, security frameworks, and scalability considerations.Strong understanding of the enterprise value chain, especially Sales and Supply Chain.Proven experience driving large-scale digital transformation programmes end-to-end.Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), integration frameworks (APIs/Middleware), analytics, and cybersecurity.B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or an MBA.What you would do:Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing digital opportunities and technology decision-making.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to understand enterprise needs and shape solution direction.Define, implement, and govern architectural standards, principles, and compliance frameworks across the organisation.Lead architecture review boards and ensure regulatory and internal policy adherence.Recommend best-fit technologies across cloud, analytics, integration, and automation, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.Oversee the design of end-to-end digital solutions while driving innovation through pilots, PoCs, and stable core platform performance.
