Role:

Human Resource Business Partner

Department Human Resource Talen Management

Experience 6 to9 years or more

Location Khar West (Mumbai HO)

Mumbai based candidate is a priority

Proficiency in excel and report preparation is a must

Real Estate experience would be the first preference

Job Description

  • Provide HR Consultation, coaching and functional advice to drive business and people agenda through managers and as partners
  • Identify and solve complex issues based onto organizational insights
  • Drive organization culture and foster growth and be responsible for driving end to end Talent management agenda for the company
  • Ability to solve problems as individual contributor
  • Ensuring employee records are updated on real time basis. Personnel information is updated within the system of the company
  • Assisting in execution of Training and Development program
  • Facilitating the performance management system with the company, including the discussion that needs to be carried out with business heads
  • Ensuring the timely initiation of RNR programs within the company
  • Driving a smooth employee cycle process within the organization
  • Initiating employee engagement and welfare activities for the employees, enabling to understand the pulse, leading to provision of insights to Management
  • Touch-base with the new joinees understanding their experience within the organization in a span of 30-60-90 days
  • Retrieve MIS reports to analyze attrition, exit analysis, feedback session with employees, on-boarding experience, promotions, transfers etc

Qualifications and skills


1. Degree in related discipline (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designer, etc)

2. Proven experience ranges 6- 8 years

3. Age Bracket till 35 years

4. Hands on experience excel and report analysis

5. Presentation skills

6. Ability to interact with the Senior management on regular basis
