Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Associate Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager to join the Neonatal Team. Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north. Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Community Hospital, Kilmore District Hospital & Mernda Community Hospital.  In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg. About the Role: An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Registered Nurse to join the team in the Neonatal Unit at The Northern as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) This role requires the ANUM to provide clinical leadership and positive role modelling to the multidisciplinary team until the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager. They will provide direction and delegation on a shift by shift basis to ensure safe effective daily operations and best outcomes for patients and families. To be successful in this role you will have: Experience and good working knowledge of neonatal nursing Proven ability to provide leadership and high-quality clinical care Demonstrated communication and quality improvement skills Next Steps . . ..
