What you will be doing? 

We’re looking for someone who practically LIVES on spreadsheets, loves data and obsesses about automating stuff. You will be helping our customers streamline their Marketing Reporting, setup complex RevOps processes, advice our customers to make the right tooling choices across MOps, SOps & success, and most importantly, help our customers WIN. If you are passionate about spreadsheets, data, and SaaS products, then this is the role for you


Core Responsibilities

  • Consult enterprise accounts on setting up processes & RevOps tooling.
  • Building and utilising tools such as customer health score, churn prediction, and CSAT metrics to empower our customers.
  • Deliver demos and support for advanced technical use cases and enterprise accounts.
  • Use knowledge of our product and our target personas to develop use cases, video content, blog content, and templates.
  • Be active in communities where our ICPs live to keep up on trends, events and discussions.
  • Build reports, spreadsheets and automations to support internal business operations.
  • Train, support, and oversee the daily operations of our tech stack as well. Ensure data integrity in our CRM. Set up new tools and integrations when we need them.


How to know you are the right person?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Having 2+ years experience in RevOps, Operations, sales analysis, Marketing Ops, Pre-sales or consulting, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup environment. Overall experience of 5+ years is required.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics to provide insights and drive decision-making.
  • Advanced spreadsheet knowledge, including complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and troubleshooting (I hope you love sparklines).
  • Familiarity with at least one of our core ICPs (Such as Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Data Analysts)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of the revops tools & CRMs — Hubspot, Salesforce, Chargebee, Outreach, Clari, Gong
  • Knowledge of common fundamental business metrics, how to calculate them, and how to display them in a meaningful way.
  • Knowledge of Google Apps Script and BI Tools is a plus.

Abhinav has spent the last 6+ years building SaaS products with Nuclei (bootstrapped & embedded with 20+ banks), Tapzo (Acquired by Amazon India), & Winuall (backed by Prime Ventures). At his previous org - Nuclei, he was the founding engineer where he built sdks that are being used by 1M+ users . He is a B. Tech graduate from VIT Vellore (2018 Batch).


Vinayak was an early employee at Slang Labs, a B2B SaaS company that was funded by Google. During his 4+ year stint there, he built the marketing function, then established the customer success team, and finally transitioned into product management. He is a B. Tech graduate in Biotechnology from VIT Vellore (2019 Batch).


StackIt is backed by some of the most prominent Venture Capitalists and Angel Investors in the SaaS Landscape. Ankur Joshi (Founder, Nuclei) and Kumar Rangarajan (Founder, Slang Labs) both are mentors and angel investors at StackIt.
