- Apache & Nginx Webserver.

- MySQL/MariaDB database administration.

Must-Have :

- Strong Leadership skills, who can guide/mentor team on Production support activities on daily basis.

- Strong knowledge of Webservers Apache and Nginx.

- Experience with administration of Apache webserver and MariaDB with troubleshooting knowledge.

- Familiar with middleware applications and administration - Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, etc.

- Experience with Redhat Linux administration and its monitoring.

- Familiar with F5 Network device and its load balancing mechanism.

- Monitoring tools like Grafana, Alert Manager, Prometheus.

- Work under pressure and ensure tasks completion from Team.

- Monitor Team performance, implement best practices, record lessons learnt.

- Should have experience on any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Unix and Networking Basics / Troubleshooting, Shell Scripting.

- Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework such as Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change management.

- Participate in all DR exercise and component failure tests based on the run books.

Good-to-Have :

- SSO and OPENIDC authentication.

- Hands on Splunk and AppDynamic.
