Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager located in Meerut. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager will be responsible for analyzing customer data, managing customer relationships, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing customer relationship management strategies, overseeing market segmentation initiatives, and supporting the sales team to meet objectives.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in market segmentation and customer relationship management strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
