Our product range includes gaskets for plate heat exchangers, rubber liners for butterfly valves, seals, gaskets, and O-rings. We offer products made from diverse materials such as FFKM (Kalrez), Aflas, NBR, HNBR, FKM (Viton), EPDM, and Polychloroprene (Neoprene).
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager located in Meerut. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager will be responsible for analyzing customer data, managing customer relationships, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing customer relationship management strategies, overseeing market segmentation initiatives, and supporting the sales team to meet objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and project management experience
- Excellent communication skills and sales experience
- Knowledge in market segmentation and customer relationship management strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
