ROLE: Store Manager (Retail instore)

a) Recruit train and manage ahighperforming team of sales associates.
b) Foster apositive and collaborative work culture through effectivecommunication and motivational techniques.
c) Conductregular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedbackfor professional growth. Sales and Revenue Growth:
a) Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceedtargets.
b) Analyze sales data and market trends toidentify opportunities for growth.
c) Encourage andmonitor upselling and crossselling initiatives to optimize revenuestreams. Customer Service Excellence:
a)Establish and maintain a customercentric environment.
b)Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service throughtraining and setting service standards.
c) Personallyhandle escalated customer concerns and ensure theirresolution. Visual Merchandising and InventoryManagement:
a) Oversee the visual presentationof the store ensuring alignment with brand standards.
b)Collaborate with the headquarters on inventory management includingstock levels replenishment and merchandise allocation.
c) Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance productvisibility. Operational Efficiency:
a) Managedaytoday store operations including opening and closingprocedures.
b) Implement and enforce company policiesand procedures for operational consistency.
c) Optimizestaffing levels schedules and resource allocation for operationalefficiency. Financial Management:
a) Monitor andmanage the store budget expenses and profitability.
b)Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas forimprovement and costsaving opportunities.
c) Ensureaccurate and timely completion of financial reports. Loss Prevention andSecurity:
a) Implement and enforcecomprehensive loss prevention measures.
b) Conductregular inventory audits and investigations to addressdiscrepancies.
c) Collaborate with security personneland technologies to maintain store security.
