We're looking for someone to help take Fieldmobi to the world We don't really care about what you studied or how many certificates you have. We care that you are curious, ambitious, full of ideas and have the ability to actually bring those ideas to life. We're an ERP product company so you can’t be afraid of technology. You need to understand it to sell it. You need to understand business to understand it. But most of all, you need to be willing to think differently.

 

I'm not going to sugarcoat it. This job will be challenging. You will be working closely with our CEO to:

 

  1. Bring Fieldmo the Bee (Our AI-based ERP Consultant and Customizer) to life
  2. Manage our social media pages
  3. Create videos and other content
  4. Develop and test out marketing strategies
  5. Think of new and interesting ways to help businesses understand Fieldmobi's value
  6. Find new ways to engage with businesses of different sizes
  7. Talk to potential customers and understand their pain points
  8. And basically anything else you (or we) can think of to help us grow

Fieldmobi is disrupting the ERP space with mobile-first, customizable ERP solutions that can be rolled out in minutes, not months, with applications ranging from Accounting and Inventory Management to Field Operations.

 

Our AI-powered ERP customizer, implementer and consultant, Fieldmo the Bee, helps customize applications instantly, setting up everything from mobile forms to graphs and reports. All it takes is a quick chat and he instantly sets it all up, keeping in mind industry best practices.

We're an early-stage startup with founders from the University of Cambridge and IIT Kharagpur. You will be specifically working very closely with our CEO, who was previous a copywriter in advertising with numerous awards including Cilos, Abbies and was one of Impact's Top 30 Under 30 in the Creative, Media and Digital Industries.

 

 

Some of the skills we're looking for include:

 

  1. Creative and Strategic Thinking
  2. Great Writing Skills
  3. Strong executions skills in terms of Art (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  4. Ability to create simple videos
  5. A strong understanding of social media (Anyone who creates content and has managed to build a decent following will be given extra points so please make sure that's on your resume)
  6. Comfortable talking to camera

 

We understand that not everyone will be able to do everything but you need to have an aptitude for it at least. (Learning how to use a tool doesn't take a lot of time).
