the prime driving force of the organization. RBSS is a part of the Reliable Group, which has

ventured into the domains of apparel export and real estate. It has gained success in all the

areas of its operation in a flash.

Reliable Group is founded by Mr. Raphael Siqueira in 1984; this group consists of 3 major companies, Clothing, Real Estate & BPO


a. Clothing - We are into manufacturing of garments for Men's, ladies and kids wear exporting to European countries.


b. Real Estate We are into commercial leasing to corporate giants, we have our own IT Park based out at Airoli, Navi Mumbai.


c. BPO-Strong workforce of about 2000 people servicing to Life Insurance Clients as major.


Profile & Role of the Candidate

1. Candidate should be graduate in any stream (MBA in Finance is not considered, CA preferred)


2. Candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Accounts. Should have managed group of companies accounting (3 and more), should be able to manage a Team of Accounts Professionals. Should have individually contributed towards the accounting department reporting to Directors of the Company. Should have closed PnL/Balance Sheet for group of companies


3. Real Estate experience is mandatory (Commercial preferred)

4. This position will be AGM/DGM/GM Directors. Accounts reporting to the


Preferred candidate profile:

minimum 15 years of experience in General Accounts, specifically from Real Estate (Commercial)
