Job Purpose Job Purpose Description This position is for Sarlanagar Cement Works - Sedam, Karnataka Officer/ Senior Officer JB 11 To manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits. Recruitment - Talent Acquisition & Retention Recruitment & selection at all level on continuous basis requirements. Coordinate in overall recruitment process activities like sourcing, selection and on-boarding of hires. Performance Management – Assist to complete individual performance goals and capturing, midyear and annual review completion within the stipulated timeframe and initiation of annual increment and promotion/ upgradation. To drive continuous feedback culture and encourage employees and managers to use PingMe at all levels. Compensation Management - To monitor and update data of compensation of all employees and maintain data of the pay outs. HR Policies and Systems Plan - Ensure & monitor implementation of all HR policies, systems & processes in line with HR philosophy of Business & Group. · Organization Structure - Drive Organization Structure & Manpower Planning Ensure preparation, finalization & implementation of department wise ideal organization structures.
