Job Description

Position: Senior Manager Sales – Aftermarket
Experience: 8-14 years
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Industry: OEM/ Automotive/ Shipping


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the aftermarket segment. Identify new business opportunities and market trends in ADAS and smart mobility products. Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

Key Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs and shippers. Understand the unique needs and requirements of each key account and tailor solutions to meet their specific objectives. Drive key account profitability through effective negotiation, pricing strategies, and value-added services.

Supply Chain and Logistics:

Oversee the supply chain and logistics process for aftermarket sales, ensuring timely delivery of products to OEMs and shippers. Optimize inventory management and distribution channels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Market Analysis and Forecasting:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences. Forecast sales volumes and revenue projections for aftermarket products, providing insights to inform decision-making.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sales organization. Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations to drive individual and team success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Requirement:

Minimum of 8-14 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on aftermarket automotive products. Proven track record of success in key account management and profitability optimization Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, particularly in the automotive industry
