Our mission is to empower women to feel comfortable, informed, and empowered in their own skin. The Role We’re looking for a Founding Marketer/Growth Lead to own our brand voice, storytelling, and growth engine. This is not a “9-to-5 marketing role” — it’s an opportunity to build a cultural movement and a product category from the ground up. You will: Build brand identity, storytelling, and campaigns that resonate with women. Craft and execute organic + paid growth strategies (social media, community, partnerships, influencers, performance marketing). Turn Ease into a trusted voice in women’s health — via content, community, and education. Work directly with the founder to shape positioning, user acquisition, and engagement. Build scalable growth funnels and measure performance with data-driven insights. Who You Are 2–6 years experience in digital marketing, brand building, or growth roles (startups, D2 C, or consumer-focused tech preferred). Hands-on experience with Social media growth (Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, community building), Performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads, growth funnels), Content & storytelling (blogs, reels, campaigns, newsletters), Analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Hubspot, or similar) Ideally has worked in or built early-stage startup brands → knows how to grow with limited resources. Entrepreneurial spirit: scrappy, resilient, thrives in uncertainty. Bonus: experience in healthtech, wellness, femtech, or consumer lifestyle brands .
