Job Title: Marketing Executive - USA RegionLocation: USA (Working from Office)Time Zone: 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM (IST)Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our marketing effortsin the USA region. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketingstrategies that align with our business goals, managing key campaigns, collaborating withcross-functional teams, and overseeing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in campaign management, leadership, budget oversight, and marketresearch, with an eye toward driving customer engagement and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Management:○ Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels(digital, social, email, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, andcustomer acquisition.○ Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to ensureKPIs are met.2. Vendor Management:○ Collaborate with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery ofmarketing materials, services, and solutions.○ Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external partners to optimizequality and cost-efficiency.3. Leadership & Team Collaboration:○ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creativedepartments, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.○ Lead internal marketing initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to juniorteam members where necessary.4. Planning & Strategy:○ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve businesstargets in the USA market, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives.○ Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to continuously refinemarketing strategies.5. Budget Management:○ Oversee the marketing budget for the USA region, ensuring optimal allocation ofresources to various campaigns and initiatives.○ Monitor expenditures and return on investment (ROI) to ensure cost-effectivemarketing activities.6. Market Research:○ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends,opportunities, and challenges within the USA region.○ Leverage data insights to refine marketing strategies and address customerneeds.7. Customer Relationship Management:○ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customersatisfaction and loyalty.○ Implement strategies to increase customer retention and maximize lifetimevalue.

Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.● 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, vendorrelations, and strategic planning.● Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.● Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.● Proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and data analysis.● Knowledge of the USA market and understanding of cultural nuances in customerbehavior.
