Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developand implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awarenessand marketshare.
  • Leadand coordinate marketing campaigns across various channelsincluding digital social media print andevents.
  • Analyzemarket trends and customer insights to identify opportunities andchallenges adjusting strategiesaccordingly.
  • Managethe marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activitiesdeliver a high return oninvestment.
  • Collaboratewith sales product development and customer service teams to alignmarketing strategies with companygoals.
  • Superviseand mentor the marketing team fostering a culture of continuousimprovement andinnovation.
  • Overseethe creation of marketing materials from website banners to hardcopy brochures and casestudies.
  • Monitorcompetitors marketing activities and adjust strategies to maintaincompetitiveadvantage.
  • Reporton the effectiveness of marketing campaigns making datadrivendecisions to guide future marketinginitiatives.

EssentialQualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a minimum of5 years in a leadershipposition.
  • Strongunderstanding of traditional and emerging marketingchannels.
  • Abilityto think creatively andinnovatively.
  • Analyticalskills to forecast and identify trends andchallenges.
  • Familiaritywith the latest trends technologies and methodologies in graphicdesign web design productionetc.

Main Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Work towardsachieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set bythe organization. Customer Interaction and Service Conversion:Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide themwith relevant information about products or services, and convertinquiries into sales opportunities. Team Coordination: Collaboratewith the sales team to ensure effective coordination andachievement of collective targets. Provide guidance, support, andmotivation to team members to optimize their performance. TeamHandling: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, andimplement strategies to enhance team productivity. ActivityPlanning: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans tomaximize revenue generation. Coordinate with the sales team toorganize promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increasebrand visibility and drive sales.
