Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice Process Associate located in Bengaluru. The Voice Process Associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing excellent customer service, and supporting business process improvements. The role involves training new team members, ensuring high-quality communication, and continuously enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Process Improvement
- Proficiency in Training and knowledge transfer
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a voice process role is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field is preferred
