**Role Overview**:
**We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our team in Bangalore. As a Customer Service Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our members and will play a key role in enhancing their experience with Edify.club. You’ll help address customer queries, provide support, and contribute to building a strong and positive community.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide accurate information about Edify.club offerings and services**:

- **Resolve member issues efficiently and effectively**:

- **Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback**:

- **Work closely with other teams (product, marketing, community) to ensure a seamless user experience**:

- **Identify and suggest improvements to existing customer service processes**:

- **Contribute to member engagement and satisfaction initiatives**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English**:

- **Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers**:

- **Ability to multitask and manage time effectively**:

- **Proactive, positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset**:

- **Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus**:

- **Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate/graduate studies**
