Job description:-Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative for our Ed Tech Company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be to generate leads and convert potential leads into admissions by showcasing the benefits of our educational technology solutions. Your sales expertise and persuasive abilities will be essential in convincing candidates to pursue 100% scholarship to study abroad. The ideal candidate will possess extensive sales experience, excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on both student outcomes and the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert potential leads into admissions:
Identify and target potential leads through effective prospecting and lead generation techniques.
Utilize your sales expertise to convince candidates about the benefits of pursuing 100% scholarships abroad.
Conduct persuasive presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of our educational technology solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through the admissions process and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
Drive revenue growth
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and leverage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Utilize CRM tools and other sales software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and conversions.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth admissions process for candidates.
Build and maintain customer relationships:
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, such as educational consultants, schools, and parents.
Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience throughout the admissions process.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and educational policies to effectively position our solutions and differentiate our offerings.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Sales, Marketing, Education, or similar).
Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in the education or ed tech industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convince candidates of the benefits of pursuing 100% scholarships abroad.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the education sector, international admissions processes, and study abroad programs is a plus.
