Role as Career Growth Operations Specialist in 1 line :

You would be responsible to guide learners through placements, using data-driven insights and empathetic communication in a high-growth startup.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Career Assistance: Be the main contact for learners, helping them prepare for placements and coordinating with the Course Ops team.
  • Database Management: Keep the learner placement database updated and analyse placement statistics.
  • Enabling Career Growth: Match learners with company requirements, arrange interviews, and maintain feedback loops.
  • Learner Support: Answer learner queries about placement cycles and timelines.
  • Career Development Sessions: Conduct sessions on career development and placements.
  • Product Improvement: Suggest improvements based on data analysis and define new performance metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify potential partner organizations that align with the goals and values of Novatr.
  • Conduct market research to assess industry needs and trends related to learner placement.
  • Develop and execute strategies for onboarding new partner companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partner objectives with the learning and professional development goals of our learners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations towards building Novatr as a preferred hiring partner.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and resolve issues or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and tailor learner placement programs that meet their specific needs and industry standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including the Courses and Operations teams, to facilitate learner placements.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, with a strong focus on B2B relationships.
  • Familiarity with the EdTech sector, particularly in the context of learner placement and workforce development in the AEC Industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills to establish and maintain successful partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey the value of partnerships to potential collaborators.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing partner and learner needs.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team of partnership managers or coordinators.
