Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for software tech roles across multiple functions and levels.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using platforms such as , job boards, networking, employee referrals, and talent communities.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines.
• Ensure a strong focus on stakeholder management , building trusted partnerships with business teams and HR colleagues.
• Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and reports to provide visibility on hiring metrics, pipeline health, and progress against goals.
• Champion an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on market trends and talent insights to influence hiring strategies.

Skills & Experience Required

• 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience in IT and Software/Technology companies.
• Strong expertise in sourcing (active and passive talent) using multiple platforms.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at different levels with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment reporting and analytics ; ability to translate data into insights.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
