Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Should regularly update and share as required, its daily report of movement, Customer interaction, Customer Data, Motor Cycle Meter reading on Companies salesperson movement tracking app.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of product knowledge, business communication, punctuality, patience, convincing power, customer relationship building.
  • Excellent presentation skills (presentable) with ability to work independently.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively using tools like social media sales analytics software.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or related role.
  • Should have his own Motor Cycle and Mobile for Field Sales (T.A and Sim Card Shall be provided by us)
