
Field Sales Representative

1) Skill set required:
- Enthusiastic, smart individual willing to take up new challenges and want to work in a fast-changing environment.
- Responsible for end-to-end business development in the allotted region
- Learn about products and how to troubleshoot issues with retailers.
- Maintain and develop good relationships with retailers through personal contact or meetings.
2) Key areas of responsibility:
- Appoint Distributors for Services - drive the primary and secondary sales.
- Maintain communication between your Company and distributors.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Generate orders on deputed beats or areas.
- Ability to convince Retailers and Distributors.
- If you have any new ideas for product sales, discuss your reporting officer.
- Disciplined in market visit.
- Responsible for reaching out to new brands, meeting decision-makers, conducting demos and trials with the help of the team, and closing deals.
3) Market Expansion:
- Drive Horizontal Expansion with respect to the number of outlets opened versus the target to improve business in the coming years.
- Number of customer visits per day 20.
- Take up the responsibility of opening new outlets during market visits and provide necessary support in terms of elements, Banners, and Posters.
- To work with company norms.
4) People Management:
- Carry out on job training with Market growth representatives (On Role) to improve Execution skills on the job. Track PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) Compliance and other productivity Metrics of the team and provide inputs to improve the same via OJT.
- Maintain daily sales reports.
- Conduct Joint Weekly, Monthly Reviews with Senior Management to review performance with respect to Sales, Execution Parameters of the company and work on agreed actions.
- Review Performance and market issues to be resolved via daily Gate Meetings.
5) Distribution Management:
- In routine ensure monitoring distributor ROI, SKU-wise margins, DMS (Distribution Management System), scheme spend distributor to market outlets.
- Supervises Market Growth and Account Development for direct sales and indirect sales.
6) Knowledge Required:
- Knowledge of Sales & Distribution preferably in an FMCG company.
- Qualifications: Graduation.
7) Working Days:
- 6 days a Week.
