Overview We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in an L4 role focused on Operations and Trade Promotions Management. This role is ideal for individuals with 2–4 years of experience who excel in stakeholder communication, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in managing trade promotion operations, supporting business teams, and driving continuous improvement through analytical tools and automation. Responsibilities Manage and support day-to-day operations related to Trade Promotions Management (TPM). Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. Automate business processes and transform data using Python libraries (, Pandas, NumPy, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional plans and operational workflows. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of scalable solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across systems. Maintain documentation and provide training or support to end users as needed. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and data handling). Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Good understanding of business systems is a plus. Intermediate knowledge of Python is a plus, especially for automation or data transformation tasks. Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and a proactive attitude. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
