- Job Responsibilities

  1. Act as a single point of contact (SPOC. to review & resolve all IMS
    Network Elements related issues & also IMS/RCS based Services such as
    VoLTE, Conferencing, Messaing, Rich Communication Services, IP Call
    Centre, Emergency/special services, Toll Free, other services related
    issues.
  2. Manage day to dayFiled level O&M activities such as corrective
    /preventive maintance ,troubleshooting/traces,spare managment, system
    backup and Planned event execution/support.
  3. Work with PBOT Vendor partners , NOC for fault closer & Restoration
    of services within SLA.
  4. Closly work with NOC & CIrcle CSD on resolving complaints and
    escalations raised by end-customer Operations/CC centre
  5. Coordination with Service assurance centre for service SLA
    fullfilment & Analysis and service improvment Analaysis To handle
    emergencies and if required coordinate with NHQ Expert/SME level
    operations and investigate faults/cause related to system/network
    problems.
  6. Dealing with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer
    Operations/CC centre
  7. Analyse Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to
    Trouble Tickets when necessary.
  8. Proactive Problem Identification and Perform Access Database Audit
  9. Support for Implementation of Work Order & Planned Event within SLA
  10. Coordination with Vendor, NOC & NHQ O&M / NPE for fault closer &
    Restoration of services within SLA..
  11. FOA rollout in coordination with NOC TAC team , Successful FOA
    testing & regression analysis for IMS & IMS supporting nodes.
  12. Work with regulatory/security /other agencies for technical
    fulfilment of Core Network related requirements such LI
    testing/clearnce , TEMS cell inspection, Technical coordination with LEA
    agencies.
  13. Manages the Network deployment including Interacting with Vendors
    locally & NHQ for Node installation, Integration with 3rd Party Nodes &
    OSS/BSS, Commissioning & Field ATP.
    14.POI Integration & interface with Other operators for all technical
    coordination.
  14. Monitoring the PBOT partners deliverable in the area of core
    network integration & service delivery & assurance.
  15. Project supports includes Site Readiness Coordination for New
    node deployment/ expamsion.
  16. Education Requirement

- Skills & Competencies

  1. Knowledge of Roll out of IMS/VVM Core nodes like- IMS/TAS, MGCF, MRF,
    SMSC, STP etc.
  2. Understanding ofDRA, PCRF integration and session flow
  3. Ability to Plan, Implemen, Install and Commissioning of Core Network
