Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, IT operations, and QA teams to enhance infrastructure reliability, streamline development processes, and ensure the seamless deployment of applications. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the scalability, performance, and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Manage and monitor cloud-based infrastructure Azure to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and tools like Ansible or Terraform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development and deployment processes.
  • Implement and manage containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understand and work with Kubernetes deployment patterns, including Operators and Helm charts.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure system health.
  • Advocate for and implement DevOps best practices, including infrastructure as code, automated testing, and observability.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related role.
  • Proficiency in managing CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
  • Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Basic understanding of Kubernetes deployment patterns (Operators, Helm).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Solid understanding of system monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
  • Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
  • Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250, ₹300,000.00 per year
