We are hiring experienced NC Programmers to develop optimized machining programs using UG NX and Vericut simulation for aerospace components. Candidates from the precision manufacturing industry are highly preferred due to the accuracy and quality requirements of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver NC programs for aerospace parts.
  • Use UG NX for programming and Vericut for simulation and verification.
  • Create tool setup sheets and standardize machining processes.
  • Assist in cutting tool selection and process planning.
  • Ensure zero defects and compliance with audits.
  • Work on post-processing for 5-axis, mill-turn, and turn-mill machines (Fanuc / Siemens).
  • Hands-on experience in UG NX (CAD/CAM) and Vericut.
  • Experience in machining aerospace parts or working in a precision engineering/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of zero-defect manufacturing processes.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
