Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service. The role involves day-to-day sales activities, such as prospecting and closing deals, as well as mentoring and training team members. The Sales Team Lead will also be responsible for customer relationship management and coordinating with other departments.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data- Proven experience in team management and leadership- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written- Achievement-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Knowledge of the real estate market and property regulations- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
PS: Relevant sales team leader experience and team onboarding experience with a real estate brokerage in the city is a must for this role.
